This page explains how to delete your account in the Fitariq app, developed by FitAriq LLC, and what happens to your data.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Fitariq and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. You’ll be signed out and your account will be scheduled for deletion.
Option 2: by email
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you use for your account. We’ll confirm the request and delete your account.
Sends to privacy@fitariq.com. We respond within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, goals and account details.
- Everything you logged: meals, water, workouts, sleep and body measurements.
- Your meal photos, workout videos and body photos.
- Your AI coach conversations and calculated insights.
- Any of your content in our AI training datasets.
We delete your data from our active systems within 30 days and from backups within90 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (such as purchase records), and fully anonymous statistics that can’t identify you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your phone’s subscription settings (see Support) to avoid being charged again.
Only want to delete some data?
You can delete individual photos, videos and logs in the app at any time, or turn off “Help improve Fitariq” in settings to stop your content being used for AI training — without deleting your account.
